Order Processing

• Orders are processed promptly and cannot be cancelled once placed.
• If you wish to return an item, you may do so after receiving your order by initiating a return.

Shipping Destinations & Warehouses

• We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you.
• To ensure fast delivery, your order may be dispatched from one of our strategically located warehouses in the USA, Asia, the UK, or Australia, depending on product availability.

Shipping Times & Costs

• All shipping times are estimates and do not include a 2-3 business day order processing period.
• Delays during peak seasons or due to customs clearance are possible.

• Free Shipping: Available on select orders. Tracking may not always be available with this method.
• Priority + Insured Shipping: Provides coverage for lost packages, offering the option for a reshipment or refund.

Lost Packages & Address Issues

• Lost in Transit: We will reship your package if it is lost during transit. For Priority + Insured shipping, a refund is also available.
• Incorrect Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If the error is on our end, we will fully resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Customs & Import Duties

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
• If multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped in separate packages for logistical efficiency.
